When you place an order with China Polling, we endeavor to deliver the product as soon as possible. The majority of electronic information products are dispatched within 24 hours.
The nature of the information being sold means that China Polling cannot accept returns of products once they have been delivered via electronic forms such as Excel and SPSS formats.
